本文以冷轧厂双频淬火机微电脑控制为实例,针对其轧辊淬火过程中因参数的多变性、强耦性、非线性、强嗓声以及较大滞后性,提出并实行了变结构模糊控制及其控制的应用,以取代精确的数学模型解决控制难度及滞后诸问题。从运行的实际结果来看,变结构模糊控制能十分有较地控制轧辊双频淬火这一复杂过程,取得了满意的工艺效果,是国内之首创。
In this paper, the cold rolling mill dual-frequency quenching machine microcomputer control as an example, for its roll quenching process due to the parameters of variability, strong coupling, nonlinear, strong voice and a large lag, put forward and implemented a variable structure fuzzy control And its control applications to replace the precise mathematical model to solve the control difficulty and lag problems. From the actual results of the operation point of view, variable structure fuzzy control can control the roller dual-frequency quenching this complex process, and achieved satisfactory process results, is the first in China.
