《体育与健康》作为一门身体练习学科,学习中必须经过自主探究,实践操练才能对学习内容、练习方法实现从感性到理性的认识。而“先学后教,自主互助”就是遵循“教学主导,学为主体,思维与身体训练为主线”的教学原则,以开发学生自主学习能力和提高教学效果为目的一种课程改革。笔者结合本校课改年段,浅谈以下几点尝试:一、精心设计,增强教学的实效作为“先学后教,自主互助”课堂的引导者,教师必须在备课、设计等方面做出更为精心、更为全面的准备,教师必须按照具体的教学模式,针对学生的志趣、能力等具体情况,进行不同方式的教育。笔者在全市水平二的公开教学《前滚翻开创性练
