近年来,国家新出台了一系列公务卡结算制度,加强财政财务监督,提高公务消费支付透明度。但在推行公务卡结算实际工作中,笔者发现部分县级行政事业单位存在不规范、有卡不用、设施不完善、缺少监督机制等问题,本文有针对性地提出了一些破解的对策,以期规范用卡管理,促进公务卡的稳步推广,扩大公务卡结算的使用范围。
In recent years, the state has newly promulgated a series of settlement systems for public service cards, strengthened financial and financial supervision and increased the transparency of public service payment. However, during the implementation of the official business card settlement, the author found that some county-level administrative institutions have problems such as non-standardization, lack of cards, inadequate facilities and lack of supervision mechanism. This article has put forward some countermeasures to solve these problems in order to standardize Use card management to promote the steady promotion of business cards and expand the use of business card settlement.
