随着互联网技术的快速发展,网络虚拟财产侵权案件不断增多,网络虚拟财产侵权行为的法律适用及网络虚拟财产的保护问题也成为法学研究的热点问题。本文从网络虚拟财产的概念入手,通过对网络虚拟财产的特征、侵权行为方式及其构成要件的叙述,最后引出目前我国在网络虚拟财产保护方面存在的问题,并提出了完善措施。
With the rapid development of Internet technology, the number of infringement cases of online virtual property has been on the rise. The legal application of online virtual property infringement and the protection of online virtual property have also become hot topics in legal research. Starting with the concept of online virtual property, this paper introduces the characteristics of online virtual property, the ways of infringement and its components, and finally leads to the existing problems in the network virtual property protection in our country and puts forward the perfect measures.
