处理室外机导流圈与其他部件的装配干涉时,普遍采用切割导流圈的方法。本文对一款空调室外机导流圈的不同位置进行不同大小的切割,并利用CFD技术分析切割产生的缺口对室外机风量及流场带来的影响。结果表明,室外机侧进口附近的导流圈缺口对风量的影响最大,尤其缺口的边界接近导流圈喉部时,会引起风量下降4%左右;对其流场分析后发现,切割后该位置对应的低压区域的范围减小,叶尖涡影响区域增大,同时压力脉动幅值减小。
When dealing with the assembly interference of the outdoor machine diverter ring and other components, the method of cutting the diverter ring is generally adopted. In this paper, different sizes of cut-off rings of air-conditioner outdoor unit are cut at different positions, and CFD technology is used to analyze the influence of cutting gap on the outdoor air flow and flow field. The results show that the gap of the diversion ring near the inlet of the outdoor unit has the greatest influence on the air volume, especially when the gap is close to the throat of the diversion ring, and the air volume will decrease by about 4%. After analyzing its flow field, The range of the low-pressure region corresponding to the position decreases, and the influence area of the tip vortex increases and the magnitude of the pressure pulsation decreases.
