随着我国城镇化改造和城市建设步伐的加快,建筑垃圾与日俱增,带来了城市发展与环境恶化的矛盾。再生骨料(Recycled Aggregate,即RA)的使用可以在一定程度上缓解对环境产生的污染,但其来源存在质量品质稳定性差、离散性大等缺点。通过对不同来源、不同服役寿命期的废弃混凝土进行了共计112组粗骨料性能试验和12组细骨料性能试验,对比分析了再生骨料与天然骨料各项指标之间的差异,并对砖粒含量对再生粗骨料性能的影响做了压碎值指标性能试验,为研究再生骨料性能及适应于当地的分级标准提供一定的参考依据。
With the accelerating pace of urbanization and urban construction in our country, the increasing volume of construction waste has brought the contradiction between urban development and environmental deterioration. Recycled Aggregate (RA) can alleviate the pollution to the environment to a certain degree, but its source has some shortcomings such as poor quality and stability, large dispersion and so on. Through a total of 112 groups of coarse aggregate performance tests and 12 groups of fine aggregate performance tests of waste concrete from different sources and different service life, comparative analysis of the differences between the indicators of recycled aggregate and natural aggregate The effect of brick content on the properties of recycled coarse aggregate was tested by crushing index, which provided some references for studying the properties of recycled aggregates and adapting to the local grading standards.
