随着生活水平的提高 ,人们的饮食观念在发生着变化 ,已从单纯地填饱肚子过渡到重视食品安全、环保、营养和健康。今天人们不再为吃而发愁时 ,却又在为食品安全寝食难安 ,近年来我国食品安全事件的频频发生 ,中国食品安全质量状况不容乐观 ,除了制售者的见利忘义、丧心病狂之外 ,最主要的恐怕还是和我们食品安全质量控制体系有着很大关系。为此本刊记者特采访了有关法律人士 ,请他们针对浙江金华“毒火腿”案进行分析 ,供广大畜产品加工企业以借鉴。
