利用工作在红外波段的激光 ,通过测量“调制光波”往返于被测距离上相位差的方法能极其准确地显示提升机的实际位置 ,并可获得理想的位置控制信号 ,实现对提升机的数字化速度控制。介绍了激光跟踪系统工作原理和基于DSP鉴相技术的红外激光矿井提升机位置跟踪系统的实现方法。
By using the laser working in the infrared band, the method of measuring the phase difference between the “modulated light wave” and the measured distance can accurately display the actual position of the hoist and obtain the ideal position control signal to digitize the hoist speed control. The working principle of laser tracking system and the realization method of position tracking system of infrared laser mine hoist based on DSP phase discrimination technology are introduced.
