目的探讨高原药食两用植物芜菁石油醚提取物对亚急性衰老小鼠免疫器官重量指数、血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、肝组织谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平的影响。方法采用10%D-半乳糖10ml/kg小鼠颈背部皮下注射建立衰老模型,同时给予自制的高原植物芜菁醚提取物高剂量40 g·kg-1.d-1、中剂量30 g·kg-1·d-1、低剂量20 g·kg-1·d-1灌胃,并用生理盐水和VE灌胃做对照组,连续42 d。观测对模型小鼠的免疫器官重量指数、血清MDA、SOD、肝组织GSH-Px水平的影响。结果芜菁醚提取物组及VE阳性对照组均能提高衰老小鼠血清SOD和肝组织GSH-Px的活性(P<0.01),降低血清MDA的含量(P<0.01)。因而增加其抗氧化活性,减轻脂质过氧化,促进衰老小鼠胸腺的生长发育,增强机体的免疫能力。其中芜菁醚提取物高中剂量组作用较好。结论高原药食两用植物芜菁醚提取物对10%D-半乳糖造成小鼠衰老模型有较明显的延缓衰老作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of petroleum ether extract from highland edible herb (Medicinal Herbal Medicines) on the immune organ weight index, serum malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), hepatic glutathione peroxidation The effect of the enzyme (GSH-Px) levels. Methods Aging models were established by subcutaneous injection of 10% D-galactose 10ml / kg into the back of the neck of the mice. At the same time, the homemade alfalfa ether extract was given high dose of 40 g · kg-1.d-1 and medium dose of 30 g · kg-1 · d-1 and low dose of 20 g · kg-1 · d-1. The rats in the control group were given gavage with normal saline and VE for 42 days. Observe the effects of immunological organ weight index, serum MDA, SOD, hepatic GSH-Px level in model mice. Results Both raffinose ether extract group and VE positive control group could increase serum SOD and GSH-Px activity (P <0.01) and decrease serum MDA (P <0.01) in aged mice. Thus increasing its antioxidant activity, reduce lipid peroxidation, promote the growth and development of thymus in aging mice and enhance the body’s immune capacity. Among them, the high-dose group of the ether of ether of turnip is better. Conclusion The plateau Eupatorium herb extract has obvious anti-aging effect on the aging model induced by 10% D-galactose in mice.
