随着互联网运用的发展,注意力经济时代的到来为我们的生活带来了诸多新气象,也将“内容创业”、“知识经济”等新业态、新理念引入我们的生活。网络用户的交互作用日益重要,用户既是网络内容的浏览者,也是网络内容的创造者,作为其支柱的UGC(用户创造内容)产业的重要性日益凸显。然而,发展与问题并存,作为UGC产业核心的著作权却面对着诸多困境与挑战,比如质量控制、版权归属、规范引用等。故此文将除建设视角外,也尝试以著作权的视角对互联网UGC产业的发展现状和问题进行简单分析,提出质量控制的方法。
With the development of the Internet, the advent of an era of attention economy has brought many new things to our life and also introduced new concepts and new concepts such as “content creation” and “knowledge economy” into our lives. The interactive effect of network users is increasingly important. The users are not only the viewers of network contents but also the creators of network contents. The importance of the UGC (user-created content) industry, which is the pillar of the industry, has become increasingly prominent. However, the coexistence of development and problems, as the core of the UGC copyright is faced with many difficulties and challenges, such as quality control, copyright ownership, normative references. Therefore, in addition to the construction perspective, this article also attempts to simply analyze the status quo and problems of the development of the Internet UGC industry from the perspective of copyright and put forward the methods of quality control.
