目的了解原发性视网膜脱离的遗传方式。方法对有家族史的４例视网膜脱离患者及其家系成员进行眼科检查，绘制家系图并进行遗传方式的分析、结果家系分析表明４个视网膜脱离家系均为常染色体遗传，其中２个家系为常染色体显性遗传，另２个家系为常染色体隐性遗传。结论部分原发性视网膜脱离具有常染色体遗传方式。 Objective To understand the inheritance of primary retinal detachment. Methods Four patients with family history of retinal detachment and their pedigree were examined by ophthalmology and their pedigrees were drawn and analyzed by genetic method. Results The pedigree analysis showed that all the four retinal detachment pedigrees were autosomal dominant, of which two were normal Chromosomal dominant, the other two families of autosomal recessive inheritance. Conclusion Some of the primary retinal detachment has autosomal genetic mode.
