目的探讨氯沙坦钾片联合肾炎康复片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1—12月新民市中医院收治的98例慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者作为研究对象,以患者的入院时间为序,使用随机对照平均法分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组予以氯沙坦钾片治疗,观察组予以氯沙坦钾片联合肾炎康复片治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的24 h尿蛋白定量、收缩压、血肌酐、尿素氮以及尿N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)水平均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论应用肾炎康复片联合氯沙坦钾片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿效果显著,可有效改善患者尿蛋白、血压、肌酐、尿素氮及尿NAG等指标水平。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of losartan potassium tablets combined with nephritis kangfu tablets in the treatment of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria. Methods A total of 98 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis albuminuria who were admitted to Xinmin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December in 2016 were selected as study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group 49 cases. The control group was treated with losartan potassium tablets. The observation group was treated with losartan potassium tablets and nephritis tablets. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05). After treatment, 24 h urinary protein, systolic blood pressure, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and urine N - acetyl-β-D-glucosidase (NAG) were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of nephritis Kangshu tablets combined with losartan potassium tablets in the treatment of proteinuria of chronic glomerulonephritis significant effect, can effectively improve the urinary protein, blood pressure, creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and urinary NAG and other indicators.
