目的探讨短时模拟晕船刺激后大鼠血糖变化规律及血清中铬、锶的变化情况,为晕动病发生机制的全面理解以及长期晕刺激条件下矿物元素膳食与补充研究提供初步实验依据。方法健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组,晕船刺激组。晕船刺激组置于晕船旋转装置中旋转30 min。晕刺激后立即测血糖,并观察记录晕反应指数,作为晕动病发生情况的行为学评价指标。空白对照组与晕船刺激组一同处死取血,电感耦合等离子体(ICP)检测血清中元素铬锶含量。放免法(RIA)测血清中胰岛素水平。结果晕船刺激引起晕反应指数增加,血清中铬水平明显下降,胰岛素水平下降,血糖上升,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模拟晕船刺激30 min血清中锶变化水平与对照组的差异无统计学意义。结论短时晕刺激影响糖代谢水平,且引起糖代谢相关元素铬发生变化。短时刺激情况下血清铬降低幅度尚在正常水平,长期刺激是否会引起血清铬病理性降低及补充铬是否会减缓晕动病症状甚至降低晕动病的发生值得深入探讨。
Objective To investigate the changes of blood glucose and the changes of chromium and strontium in rats after short-term simulated seasickness stimulation, and to provide a preliminary experimental basis for the comprehensive understanding of the mechanism of motion sickness and the dietary and supplementary study of mineral elements under long-term halo stimulation. Methods Healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group and seasickness stimulation group. Seasickness stimulation group placed in seasick rotation device rotation 30 min. Halo stimulation immediately measured blood glucose, and observe the record of halo response index, as the occurrence of motion sickness behavioral evaluation indicators. Blood samples were taken from the blank control group and seasickness stimulation group, and the content of chromium, strontium in the serum was determined by inductively coupled plasma (ICP). Radioimmunity (RIA) to measure serum insulin levels. Results The seasickness stimulus resulted in increased halo response index, serum chromium levels decreased, insulin levels decreased, blood glucose increased, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the level of strontium in serum stimulated by seasickness stimulated for 30 min compared with the control group. CONCLUSIONS Short-term halo irritation affects glucose metabolism and causes changes in the chromium metabolism associated element. Short-term stimulation of serum chromium reduction is still normal, whether long-term stimulation will cause serum chromatoid pathological reduction and whether chromium supplementation will reduce the symptoms of motion sickness or even reduce the occurrence of motion sickness should be discussed in depth.
