目的了解全军首届新聘文职护理人员的岗前培训需求,为完善文职人员岗前培训提供理论依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对11名军队医院护理文职人员进行半结构访谈,并用现象学分析法对获得的资料进行分析和整理,提炼出主题。结果文职人员岗前培训的3个主题:岗前培训的必要性,岗前培训的内容及方法。结论岗前培训有很大的必要性,并且培训中应采用循序渐进,因人而异的方式对军事相关的内容进行集中的培训。
Objective To understand the first pre-service training needs of newly recruited civilian nurses in the military and provide a theoretical basis for improving the pre-service training for civilian personnel. Methods Using the phenomenological method in qualitative research, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 11 civilian nursing staff in military hospitals, and the obtained data were analyzed and sorted out by phenomenological analysis method, and the subject was extracted. Results The three topics of pre-service training for civil servants: the necessity of pre-service training and the contents and methods of pre-service training. Conclusion Pre-job training is very necessary and the training should focus on military-related content in a gradual and varied manner.
