目的探讨银杏叶提取物在常用的5种溶液中的稳定性,为临床科学、合理用药提供有效的依据和参考。方法将银杏叶提取物分别注入常用的5种溶液中,采用高效液相色谱法测定25℃和35℃条件下,6h内5种配伍溶液的p H值、外观及银杏叶提取物含量的变化。结果银杏叶提取物与常用的5种溶液配伍在25℃条件下6h内基本稳定,6h后银杏叶提取物的含量开始下降;在35℃条件下4h内基本稳定,4h后银杏叶提取物的含量开始下降。结论银杏叶提取物与常用的5种溶液配伍后,25℃条件下时,溶液应在6h内用完,35℃条件下时,溶液应在4h内用完。
Objective To investigate the stability of Ginkgo biloba extract in five kinds of commonly used solutions and to provide an effective basis and reference for clinical science and rational drug use. Methods Ginkgo biloba extract was injected into five commonly used solutions. The p H value, appearance and content of Ginkgo biloba extract were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) at 5 ℃ and 6 h at 25 ℃ and 35 ℃ respectively. . Results The compatibility of Ginkgo biloba extract with the five commonly used solutions was basically stable within 6 hours at 25 ℃. The content of Ginkgo biloba leaves began to decrease after 6 hours and was stable within 4 hours at 35 ℃. After 4 hours, the content of Ginkgo biloba extract Content began to decline. Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract with the commonly used five kinds of solution compatibility, 25 ℃ conditions, the solution should be used within 6h, 35 ℃ conditions, the solution should be used within 4h.
