光纤是一种重要的新型的信息传感材料 ,用预埋光纤的方法监测高分子基复合材料的固化过程是把智能材料与结构引入传统材料生产过程的尝试 ,将有利于传统材料的发展。该文阐述了光纤监测复合材料成型过程的原理和可行性 ,研制了两种分别依据相位调制和强度调制的光纤传感器 ,监测复合材料固化过程中的内部变化历程 ,监测结果比较灵敏、精确 ,为光纤智能技术的发展开辟了新的方向
Optical fiber is an important new type of information sensing material. The use of optical fibers to monitor the curing process of polymer matrix composites is an attempt to introduce smart materials and structures into the production process of traditional materials, which will benefit the development of traditional materials. In this paper, the principle and feasibility of optical fiber monitoring composite material forming process are described. Two kinds of optical fiber sensors based on phase modulation and intensity modulation are respectively developed to monitor the internal changes during the curing process of the composite material.
