钢铁企业产品结构与节能有密切关系,有什么样的产品结构就有什么样的企业能源经济效益。1983年地方骨干钢铁企业万元产值能耗和吨能利润率(每吨能量折成标准煤创造的利润)见表1。从表1可知,由于企业结构和产品结构不同,能源经济效益相差很大,万元产值能耗最高的是有铁无钢企业,每万元产值需消耗34.7吨标煤,而独立轧钢企业每万元产值仅消耗4.16吨,比有铁无钢企业每万元产值少用88%能源;从吨能利润率来看,独立轧钢企业最好,每吨标
Steel products and product structure is closely related to energy conservation, what kind of product structure, what kind of business energy efficiency. In 1983, the output of key local iron and steel enterprises in terms of energy consumption per ton of output and tonne profitability (the profit per ton of energy converted to coal equivalent) are shown in Table 1. As can be seen from Table 1, due to the difference of enterprise structure and product structure, the economic benefits of energy vary greatly. The highest energy consumption per ten thousand yuan of output value is that there is iron-based steel-free enterprise, which consumes 34.7 tons of standard coal per 10,000 yuan worth of output. Million yuan output value consumes only 4.16 tons, less than iron and steel enterprises less than 88% of the output value of energy per million; from the point of view of profitability, the best independent rolling companies,
