产学研一体化是文化创意产业发展的有效举措。本文通过对芜湖文化创意产业园发展概况以及当地的科教资源现状的分析,探讨了芜湖文化创意产业园产学研一体化的发展在在专业人才、产业化观念、平台建设、运作机制等方面存在的不足,并提出了解决措施:完善产学研一体化发展政策;构筑完善的产学研一体化发展平台;建立长效的校企合作运作机制;加强人才队伍培养与引进。
The integration of production, study and research is an effective measure for the development of cultural and creative industries. Through the analysis of the development of Wuhu Cultural and Creative Industries Park and the current situation of local science and education resources, this paper discusses the integration of production, learning and research in Wuhu Cultural and Creative Industries Park in terms of professionals, concepts of industrialization, platform construction and operation mechanism Deficiencies and proposed solutions: improve the integration of production, research and development policies; to build a sound development platform for the integration of production, research and development; establish long-term mechanism for the operation of school-enterprise cooperation; and strengthen the cultivation and introduction of qualified personnel.
