目的:为探讨nm23-H1蛋白与鼻咽癌发生发展的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法检测了80例鼻咽癌组织、20例无瘤鼻咽部组织mm23-H1基因产物的表达。结果:nm23-H1蛋白在鼻咽癌组织、鼻咽部无瘤组织中的表达无显著性差异(P>0.05);nm23-H1蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达与性别、临床分期、原发灶大小无关。但在有颈淋巴结转移组与无颈淋巴结转移组之间,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:nm23-H1基因与鼻咽癌有无淋巴结转移有关,但它在鼻咽癌发生发展中的作用仍不明确,有待于进一步研究。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between nm23-H1 protein and the occurrence and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of mm23-H1 gene product in 80 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 20 cases of tumor-free nasopharyngeal tissue. Results: The expression of nm23-H1 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues and nasopharyngeal tumor-free tissues was not significantly different (P>0.05). The expression of nm23-H1 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues was correlated with gender and clinical stage. The size of the primary stove has nothing to do with it. However, there was a significant difference between the cervical lymph node metastasis group and the cervical lymph node metastasis group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The nm23-H1 gene is related to lymph node metastasis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma, but its role in the development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma remains unclear. It needs further study.
