液压支架是煤矿井下常用的支护设备,需求量较大,修理也比较多。液压支架的推移连接头更是易损件。在以前都是采用铸造工艺获得毛坯件,使用中物件易损坏且强度达不到要求,所以后来改为使用锻造工艺。实践证明,通过改进液压支架推移连接头的锻造工艺,利用巧锻,能解决设备能力不足、高模具费用投入的问题。这样不仅确保了锻件质量,满足了使用要求,而且还能大大节省原材料,提高了生产效率。就液压支架推移连接头锻造工艺改进进行了详细的阐述,并总结了改进后所获得的良好效果。
