TFD model is employed to analyse the mechanism in the abrupt changes of conductivity of a mixture of nanometer sire crystals and two amorphous specimens. Criterions are proposed to raise the conductivity and ductility of the mixture. There will be possibilities to design light and ductile substances from light elements in nanometer size.
