清真食品与穆斯林用品有着广泛的国际市场需求,清真食品和穆斯林用品产业是新疆民族文化产业发展的重要内容之一。知识产权,尤其是专利是促进清真食品和穆斯林用品产业发展的重要推动力。本文通过专利申请检索数据分析发现:新疆清真食品和穆斯林用品申请量在时间上表现出一定的波动性;在行业、种类上表现出一定的聚集性;专利申请主要集中在传统技术领域,并以自然人为主。为此,应加大专利科技投入,加强企业标准化建设,帮扶企业申请专利以促进新疆清真食品和穆斯林用品产业专利事业的发展。

To this end, we should increase investment in science and technology patents, strengthen the standardization of enterprises, and help enterprises apply for patents to promote the Muslim food industry in Xinjiang and the development of the patent industry.
