R-C 齿轮是国外七十年代发展起来的一种新型齿轮。它采用了与渐开线齿轮不同的齿廓啮合方式,而且又具有渐开线齿轮无法比拟的优点。因而引起各国广泛的注意。目前有关这种齿轮的啮合原理的理论分析,现有文献介绍很少。本文就 R-C齿轮的啮合原理进行了探讨,着重从理论上分析了它的齿面接触特点以及能获得定传动比的原理。并且认为 R-C 齿轮的啮合理论是新型的,是一种值得研究的方向。
R-C gear is developed abroad in the seventies a new type of gear. It uses a tooth profile with involute gear meshing, but also has an involute gear incomparable advantages. Thus arousing widespread attention of all countries. At present, the theoretical analysis of the meshing principle of such gears is limited. In this paper, the principle of R-C gear meshing is discussed, focusing on the theoretical analysis of its tooth surface contact characteristics and can get the principle of fixed gear ratio. And that the R-C gear meshing theory is new, is a worthy of study.
