目的探讨白内障人工晶状体植入术后无张力瞳孔的发病原因。方法统计1278例(1389眼)白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术,术后4眼发生无张力瞳孔,分析其可能的影响因素。结果1278例(1389眼)白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术后出现无张力瞳孔4例(占0.28%),其中超声乳化421例(462眼)发生1眼(占0.24%),手法小切口857例(927眼)发生3眼(占0.32%)。结论无张力瞳孔发生与术中眼内损伤、眼内注射药物、人工晶状体毒性及患者全身疾病有关,以预防为主。
Objective To investigate the causes of tension-free pupil after cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation. Methods A total of 1278 cases (1389 eyes) of cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation were enrolled in this study. Tension-free pupils occurred in 4 eyes after operation, and the possible influencing factors were analyzed. Results There were 4 cases (accounting for 0.28%) of 1278 cases (1389 eyes) with no tension pupil after cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Among them, 421 eyes (462 eyes) occurred in 1 eye (0.24%), 857 (927 eyes) occurred in 3 eyes (0.32%). Conclusions Tension-free pupil occurred in intraocular injury, intraocular injection of drugs, intraocular lens toxicity and systemic disease in patients with prevention.
