目的观察马来酸桂哌齐特联合弥可保对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)治疗的有效性和安全性。方法选择120例DPN患者,对照组60例,予弥可保治疗;治疗组60例,予马来酸桂哌齐特联合弥可保治疗。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组;与对照组比较,治疗组正中神经、腓总神经的运动传导速度(MNCV)和感觉传导速度(SNCV)均有所提高。结论马来酸桂哌齐特结合弥可保对DPN有明显疗效。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of cinepazide maleate and mifeprist in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods 120 cases of DPN patients were selected, the control group of 60 patients treated with Mi Kebao; the treatment group of 60 patients with cinepazide maleate and Mi Kebao treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Compared with the control group, the motor nerve conduction and common peroneal nerve movement conduction velocity (MNCV) and sensory conduction velocity (SNCV) were increased in the treatment group. Conclusion Cinepazide maleate combined with methycobal has a significant effect on DPN.
