遗传病系谱图是人类遗传病传递情况的真实记录,同时,高中生物学会考要求学生对遗传系谱图应达到综合分析水平,而教材中相关内容又较少,因而学生常常不能简捷明快地判定某个遗传系谱反映的遗传病类型,而无从下手分析解决有关问题。鉴于此,本人根据自己的教学体会,摸索出一种简便易懂的判定法供参考。1.判定致病基因的显、隐性。1.1 若系谱中患者代代连续即致病基因连续传递,且后代发病率比较高(至少为1/2),则为显性遗传。1.2 若系谱中患者表现为隔代遗传,且后代发病率较低(约1/3或以下),则为隐性遗传。2.判定致病基因所在染色体
