北京燕山分公司三催化是由中石化北京设计院设计的2Mt/a重油催化裂化装置,1995年3月份进行了MIP改造,改造后发现余热锅炉已不能满足中压蒸汽过热要求,为解决中压蒸汽过热问题在高温烟道上增设蒸汽过热器E703,考虑蒸汽过热器E703要消除应力的问题,在蒸汽过热器E703的八组蒸汽过热管束出入口均采用的是法兰阀。由于该处温度波动较大,造成E703出入口有60%的法兰出现泄露,泄露量达12吨/小时中压蒸汽,为使该处阀门能降温至施工条件,三催化采取了一再富氧烧焦的操作方法,实现了在线堵漏,避免了非计划停工,挽回年经济损失上千万元。
