目的 探讨眼前段外伤对角膜内皮的影响。方法 应用非接触型角膜内皮显微镜对前段眼外伤病人的伤眼及其另眼 (健眼 )内皮细胞分别进行统计观察。结果 前段眼外伤特别是穿孔伤后角膜内皮细胞计数明显少于健眼。结论 前段眼外伤将导致内皮细胞大量丢失 ,并直接影响角膜的功能性修复。正确处理眼外伤将使内皮的丢失减少到最低限度。一般而言 ,前段眼外伤所导致的内皮细胞丢失对维持角膜透明性仍是安全的。
Objective To investigate the effect of anterior segment trauma on corneal endothelium. Methods The non-contact corneal endothelium microscope was used to observe the injured eyes and the other eye (healthy eye) endothelial cells in patients with ocular trauma. Results The number of corneal endothelial cells in traumatic eyes was significantly less than that in healthy eyes after traumatic injury, especially in perforated wounds. Conclusion Anterior segment ocular trauma will lead to a large loss of endothelial cells, and directly affect the corneal functional repair. Correct treatment of ocular trauma will reduce the loss of endothelial cells to a minimum. In general, the loss of endothelial cells caused by ocular trauma in the anterior segment is still safe for maintaining corneal transparency.
