这种板手是我厂某产品支耳上拧紧螺母用的专用扳手。因为支耳上的孔中心与工件壁距离仅10多个mm,螺母拧紧后,外露螺杆长15mm以下。原采用活动扳手每次转动角度小,且转动一次应取套一次,费时、费力工效低。曾利用其他扳手也不方便;为此,设计制作在活动扳手上加棘轮套筒扳手的组合扳手(如图所示),现在拧紧一只螺母,只须取套一次。棘轮套筒扳手为拧紧螺母用。在装配时需拧松螺母可用活动扳手的钳口。这种组合扳手能减轻劳动强度,提高工效2～3倍。
This type of wrench is a special wrench used to tighten the nut on a product of our factory.
