磁性参量矫顽力对钢铁材料组织结构较为敏感。通过测定工件热处理后的矫顽力,可以间接测出工件的硬度。实验表明,与矫顽力相关的反向电流值与试样的硬度有较好的线性关系。该方法适用于大批量且对表面质量要求较高的零件硬度检测,尤其是生产线上的连续硬度测定。
Coercivity of magnetic parameters of steel structure is more sensitive. By measuring the coercivity of the workpiece after heat treatment, the hardness of the workpiece can be indirectly measured. Experiments show that the coercivity related to the reverse current value and the hardness of the sample has a good linear relationship. The method is suitable for high-volume part hardness testing with high surface quality requirements, especially for the continuous hardness measurement in the production line.
