液体闪烁计数法(以下简称液闪法)主要是用来测量低能β射线的,如~3H,~(32)P等。但 本文测量的是~(125)I的射线能量,对液闪法代替~(125)I放射免疫分析自动测量仪法(以下简称放免仪法)测定反T_3(rT_3)的可行性进行了探讨。 具体做法是:利用由~(125)I标记的rT_3放射免疫分析药盒,分别采用液闪法、放免仪法测定了一批正常人血清中的rT_3含量值。结果表明用液闪法所得标准曲线与放免仪法所得标准曲线相似,其回归系数标准误差(S_b)t_b>t_(0.01),p<0.01有显著意义,证明标准含量与结合率之间确有直线关系存在。
Liquid scintillation counting method (hereinafter referred to as liquid scintillation method) is mainly used to measure low-energy β-ray, such as ~ 3H, ~ (32) P and so on.
