目的:探索微种植体支抗结合多曲方丝弓非拔牙矫治骨性Ⅱ类错的临床疗效。方法:微种植体支抗结合多曲方丝弓对11例骨性Ⅱ类伴中度牙列拥挤患者采用非拔牙方法矫治,SPSS13.0统计软件对矫治前后的头影测量变化值进行两样本配对t检验。结果:矫治后Ⅱ类骨面型得到了不同程度的改善,ANB角平均减少2.14°,上颌磨牙平均远中后移4.16mm,下颌平面高度得到了较好控制。结论:微种植体支抗结合多曲方丝弓技术非拔牙矫治骨性Ⅱ类错牙合,可使上牙弓整体内收,上下颌骨关系得到改善,为建立正常稳定的前后牙咬合关系及协调、美观的正侧貌奠定了基础。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of micro-implant support combined with multi-curve arch wire non-extraction treatment of skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion. Methods: 11 cases of skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion with moderate dentition crowding were treated by non-extraction method with micro-implant support combined with multi-curve arch wire. Two samples of cephalometric changes before and after correction were measured by SPSS 13.0 software Paired t test. Results: The skeletal type Ⅱ was improved to some extent after treatment. The average ANB angle decreased by 2.14 °. The maxillary molars averaged 4.16 mm, and the height of mandibular plane was well controlled. Conclusion: Micro-implant support combined with multi-curve arch wire technique for non-extraction treatment of skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion can improve the integrity of the upper arch and improve the relationship between the maxilla and the mandible. To establish a normal and stable anterior occlusal occlusion And coordinated, beautiful positive profile laid the foundation.
