大庆油田第二采油厂在应用聚合物母液外输”一管两站”工艺流程时 ,发现由于注入站间距离不等 ,母液需求量不同 ,配制站的输出量与注入量不匹配 ,难以实现同时按要求供液。通过利用”低剪切流量控制器”控制注入站母液进罐流量及通过变频调速器调整配制站母液外输流量 ,保证了每座注入站连续、平稳进液 ,最终达到降低配制系统设备投入、减少工程投资的目的 ,取得了明显的经济效益
