某水电站尾水闸室安装了目前国内水电站中起升力最大的2×2500kN台车式启闭机,承担尾水检修闸门的启闭任务。其电气设计分为电源、运行机构、照明、电缆布置等几部分。在设计中采用简化的接线方式,手动、自动两种操作形式,既满足运行要求又提高了可靠性。根据现场空间狭小的特点选用小型设备,应用先进的指示装置使运行更加准确,减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,在实际运行中取得较好的效果。
Tail sluice chamber of a hydropower station is installed with a 2 × 2500kN trolley hoist that is currently the largest in domestic hydropower stations and undertakes the task of opening and closing the tailrace floodgate. The electrical design is divided into power supply, operating agencies, lighting, cable layout and other parts. In the design of the use of simplified wiring, manual, automatic two forms of operation, both to meet operational requirements and improve reliability. According to the characteristics of the small space on-site selection of small equipment, the application of advanced instructions to make the operation more accurate, reducing the labor intensity of the operator, in the actual operation to achieve better results.
