本文采用了先进的变形矩阵和 Newton-Raphson 方法对重载渐开线直齿轮进行了热弹流分析。得到了在各种速度和载荷情况下,不同啮合点的齿面和油膜温度分布、压力分布、油膜形状及摩擦系数,除了得到一般的弹流润滑的特征外,计算结果还表明油膜中层截面的温度分布在高滑动比下具有和压力分布相似的温度二次峰,二啮合齿面的温升从入口到出口呈上升的趋势。得到的摩擦系数值同郑绪云和 Crook 的结果作了比较,结果是令人满意的。
In this paper, the advanced deformation matrix and Newton-Raphson method are used to analyze the hyperelastic flow of heavy duty involute spur gears. The tooth surface and oil film temperature distribution, pressure distribution, oil film shape and friction coefficient at different meshing points were obtained under various speeds and loads. In addition to the general characteristics of elastohydrodynamics, the calculated results also show that the medium section The temperature distribution has a secondary temperature peak similar to the pressure distribution at the high sliding ratio, and the temperature rise of the two meshing tooth surfaces tends to increase from the entrance to the exit. The obtained friction coefficient is compared with the results of Zheng Xuyun and Crook and the result is satisfactory.
