目的应用可视化软件制作流感疫情传播关系图,分析传播特征。方法应用Excel建立传播关系数据库,然后将数据导入可视化软件Gephi,创建传播关系图。结果通过传播网络分析,将病例间和病例接触者间的关系进行了可视化展示,找到了此次疫情的首发病例和传播关键病例,为防控措施的应用提供了依据。结论应用可视化软件进行流感疫情传播网络分析,可准确、直观的反映传播特征。
Objective To develop a relationship diagram of influenza epidemic by visual software and analyze the characteristics of transmission. Methods The application of Excel to establish communication relational database, and then the data into the visualization software Gephi, to create a relationship diagram. Results Through the dissemination network analysis, the relationship between cases and case contacts was visualized. The first cases of the outbreak and the dissemination of key cases were found, which provided the basis for the application of prevention and control measures. Conclusion The visualization software can be used to analyze the influenza epidemic network, which can reflect the transmission characteristics accurately and intuitively.
