目的建立淄博地区新生儿先天性甲状腺功能低下症(CH)筛查促甲状腺素(TSH)在全自动免疫荧光分析仪(GSP)上的切值。方法采集新生儿足跟血,使用Perkin Elmer公司的GSP专用时间分辨荧光免疫法(DELFIA)TSH试剂盒。采用百分位数法和ROC曲线法确定TSH切值。结果百分位数法99%可信限位8.6μU/m L;ROC曲线法临界值为8.15μU/m L。结论参考ROC曲线法,切值定在8.0μU/m L。
Objective To establish a cut-off value of thyrotropin (TSH) on automatic immunofluorescence analyzer (GSP) in neonates with congenital hypothyroidism (CH) in Zibo area. Methods Neonatal heel blood was collected and Perkin Elmer’s GSP-specific time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay (DELFIA) TSH kit was used. TSH cut-off values were determined using the percentile method and the ROC curve method. Results The 99% confidence limit for the percentile method was 8.6 μU / m L; the critical value of the ROC curve method was 8.15 μU / m L. Conclusion With reference to the ROC curve method, the cut-off value is set at 8.0 μU / mL.
