随着近些年信息技术的发展,很多产业都逐步与信息技术相结合,例如传统制造与信息技术正在逐步融合成为智能制造。智能制造可以大幅度提高产品精度和加工效率,从而提升企业的整体竞争力,因此智能制造是未来制造业发展的趋势。但是我国的智能制造起步较晚,还存在着很多问题,例如智能制造标准不统一;智能化改造所需成本太高,一般企业难以接受;企业自主创新能力不够等。本文基于这些现实因素,分析导致我国智能制造发展滞后的原因,并探究给出相应的解决办法,以期对相关企业有所启发。
With the development of information technology in recent years, many industries are gradually combining with information technology. For example, traditional manufacturing and information technology are gradually being integrated into intelligent manufacturing. Intelligent manufacturing can greatly improve product accuracy and processing efficiency, thereby enhancing the overall competitiveness of enterprises, so intelligent manufacturing is the future trend of the development of the manufacturing industry. However, China’s intelligent manufacturing started later, there are still many problems, such as intelligent manufacturing standards are not uniform; the cost of intelligent transformation is too high, the average business unacceptable; independent innovation capacity is not enough. Based on these realistic factors, this article analyzes the reasons leading to the lag of the development of intelligent manufacturing in our country, and explores the corresponding solutions, with a view to inspire the relevant enterprises.
