根据所建立的单轴非线性疲劳损伤累积模型,在多轴疲劳损伤临界面原理研究的基础上,针对多轴比例与非比例加载,建立了多轴非线性连续疲劳损伤累积模型,该模型可以考虑多轴疲劳极限、平均静水应力以及损伤参量与加载参数的不可分离的特点,并且能够反映出多轴加载顺序的影响.最后讨论了该多轴疲劳损伤累积模型在多级加载下的递推形式.经多轴二级及块载疲劳试验数据验证表明,用该模型预测多轴疲劳寿命,其结果令人满意“,”According to the established uniaxial nonlinear continuum fatigue damage cumulative model, on the basis of the critical plane principle for multiaxial fatigue damage, a nonlinear multiaxial fatigue damage cumulative model was proposed by combining the multiaxial fatigue damage characteristics under multiaxial proportional loading and nonproportional loading. This model takes the multiaxial fatigue limit, mean hydrostatic pressure, the unseparable characteristic of the damage variables and loading parameter into consideration, and reflects the effect of the multiaxial loading sequence. The recurrence formula of fatigue damage model was derived under multilevel loading. The experimental verification under multiaxial two level and block loading indicated that the results of multiaxial fatigue life prediction by the presented multiaxial fatigue damage cumulative model was better than that of Miner's linear rule.
