目的 研究瘦素与性激素水平在肥胖和正常儿童青春期发育中的变化规律及它们的相互关系。方法 检测 1 0~ 1 5岁 30 0名单纯性肥胖儿童与 30 0名正常儿童血中的瘦素和性激素水平。结果 随着年龄的增长 ,瘦素水平在男孩中呈现由低→高→低的变化规律 ,在女孩中呈现逐渐增高趋势 ;性激素水平在各组儿童中呈现增高趋势。各年龄段肥胖儿童血中瘦素水平均明显高于正常儿童 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;肥胖男孩睾酮水平在 1 0、1 1、1 2岁显著低于正常男孩 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,在 1 5岁显著高于正常男孩 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;肥胖女孩雌二醇水平在 1 0岁显著高于正常女孩 (P <0 .0 5) ,在 1 2、1 4、1 5岁 3个年龄组显著低于正常女孩 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 )。另外还发现 ,男孩睾酮与瘦素呈强负相关 (肥胖组 :r=- 0 .83,P <0 .0 1 ;正常组 :r =- 0 .93,P <0 .0 1 ) ;女孩雌二醇与瘦素呈强正相关 (肥胖组 :r =0 .84,P <0 .0 1 ;正常组 :r =0 .95,P <0 .0 1 ) ;结论 瘦素可能启动儿童青春期的开始并受性激素的调节 ,并且其在女孩青春期发育中可能发挥比男孩更为重要的作用 ;瘦素与性激素相关关系的两性差异可能是造成男女性发育开始时间不同的原因之一。
Objective To study the changes of leptin and sex hormone levels in adolescent development of obese and normal children and their correlations. Methods The levels of leptin and sex hormone in 30 0 simple obesity children and 30 0 normal children from 10 to 15 years old were detected. Results With the increase of age, the leptin level showed a trend of change from low to high to low in boys, and gradually increased in girls. The level of sex hormone increased in all groups.
