用市售香烟的烟雾冷凝物(CSC)诱发新鲜分离的大鼠肺细胞的程序外DNA合成(UDS),结果表明:CSC在一定浓度范围内,可诱发大鼠肺细胞UDS,与溶剂对照相比(PV<0.01),差异有显著性意义并有剂量效应关系。提示,吸烟与肺癌可能有直接关系。
Commercially available cigarette smoke condensate (CSC) induced freshly isolated rat lung cells by extraperitoneal DNA synthesis (UDS). The results showed that: CSC in a certain concentration range, can induce rat lung cells UDS, and solvent contrast (PV <0.01), the difference was significant and dose-response relationship. Tip, smoking and lung cancer may have a direct relationship.
