本文簡单地介紹了酸棗之核仁的用途、产地及原植物形态,較詳細地描述了酸棗仁的外形、组織和粉末的特征,及其与大棗核仁的区别。酸棗仁的紐織特征是:(1)种皮細胞为一層長約70—80微米的柵欄細胞:(2)营养层多为頹廢細胞,內含棕色物質,其外緣問有薄壁石細胞可見;(3)內种皮为1—2列具有念珠狀胞壁的細胞;(4)胚乳为長徑达35微米的不規則多角形細胞,內含油滴及糊粉粒;(5)粘液层寬約20—30微米;(6)子叶表皮細胞为長徑达25微米的徑向性長方形細胞组成,內含3微米大小的簇晶,內層細胞为長徑达70微米及寬約20微米的長方形細胞,內含大量的油滴及糊粉粒.
This article briefly introduced the use, origin and original plant morphology of the nucleolus of Ziziphus jujuba, and described in more detail the shape, texture and characteristics of the powder, and its difference from the nucleus of jujube.
