学校教育的目的是促使学生全面发展。学校教育的任务是把学生视为主体,创造适合学生发展的条件,因材施教,因时施教。学校教育的主渠道是课堂。改革课堂教学,立足学生的发展,下大气力优化课堂教学过程,是实施“发展性教育”的关键所在。一、加强教改提高效率学生课业负担过重,这是“应试教育”的一大弊端。“重负”的根本原因是课堂效率不高,而效率不高是开展教学研究不够所致。早在1988年,我校就明确提出“轻负担高质量”,强调“向课堂45分钟要质量”。逐步建立和完善了学科教研组,积极开展以备课组为单位的教学研究活动,大力开展课堂教学改
