高等院校积极为地方文化建设服务,既可促进地方文化发展,亦可实现教育自身价值。高校服务地方文化建设的途径虽有共同性,但也会因类型的不同而有一定差别。地方综合性大学应积极利用自身在人才、学术、创新等方面既有的基础和条件,通过调整学科专业、完善办学模式,实施创新教育、改革人才培养模式,建立创新机制、培育文化成果,建立地域文化研究机构,建设文化产业平台等,更好地服务地方文化建设。
Colleges and universities actively serve the construction of local culture can not only promote the development of local culture but also realize the value of education itself. Though there are commonalities in the ways of colleges and universities serving the local culture, they may also differ due to different types. Local comprehensive universities should make full use of their own foundations and conditions in personnel, academia and innovation, and improve the mode of running schools by implementing disciplinary programs, implementing innovative education, reforming the model of personnel training, establishing innovative mechanisms, cultivating cultural achievements and establishing Regional and cultural research institutions, building a platform for cultural industries, and better serve the local culture.
