【目的】探讨采用高功率聚束微波热疗机局部加热联合化疗治疗晚期难治性恶性肿瘤的疗效与不良反应。【方法】对47例既往经放化疗失败或复发或转移癌,采用高能聚束微波热疗机针对主要病变部位进行热疗并同时进行化疗。【结果】47例共进行了185次加温,加热区皮肤温度平均升高5.4℃;直肠内温度平均升高3.2℃,且加热15~40 min后,直肠温度达39.0℃以上;热化疗后CR 5例,PR 29例,总有效率72.3%。【结论】采用高功率聚束微波热疗机进行胸腹部周部加热能达到热化疗治疗所需的中温要求:与化疗联合能提高对晚期难治性恶性肿瘤的近期疗效。升温的速率及温度的高低与疗效有密切关系。
【Objective】 To investigate the curative effect and adverse reactions of high-power focused microwave hyperthermia combined with local heating in the treatment of advanced refractory malignant tumors. 【Methods】 Forty-seven patients who had failed previous radiotherapy and chemotherapy or had recurrent or metastatic carcinoma were treated with high-energy bunched-microwave hyperthermia machine for hyperthermia and concurrent chemotherapy. 【Results】 A total of 47 cases were heated for 185 times, the skin temperature in heating area increased by 5.4 ℃ on average; the average temperature in rectum increased by 3.2 ℃, and the rectal temperature reached 39.0 ℃ after heating for 15 ~ 40 min; CR 5 cases, PR 29 cases, the total effective rate 72.3%. 【Conclusion】 It is concluded that the use of high-power focused microwave hyperthermia machines to heat the peripherial region of the thoracoabdominal and abdominal region can achieve the required medium temperature for the thermochemotherapy. Combining with chemotherapy can improve the short-term curative effect on advanced refractory malignancies. The rate of warming and the level of temperature are closely related to the curative effect.
