近些年来,学生伤害事故引发的纠纷越来越引起社会的广泛关注,其影响已经超过了学校教育的范围,演变成为一个社会问题。在各种解决事故纠纷的途径中,保险救济逐步为人们所认识并认可,成为妥善处理学生伤害事故的良途。本文探讨了国外通常采用的学生伤害事故保险救济的各种形式,认为只有采用商业保险的形式才符合我国目前的实际情况,才能尽快地解决学生伤害事故纠纷。
In recent years, disputes caused by student injury accidents have drawn more and more attention from the society. Their influence has exceeded the scope of school education and evolved into a social problem.
