目的研究肾缺血-再灌注时血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)及肾组织结构的变化,探讨星状神经节阻滞能否预防肾缺血-再灌注损伤。方法选取健康成年SD大鼠36只,随机分为3组:假手术组(Sham组)、缺血-再灌注组(IR组)、缺血-再灌注+颈交感干离断组(IR+TCST组),每组12只。术后24h和48h各取一半大鼠,测Scr、BUN,HE染色观察肾组织细胞变化。结果术后24h和48h IR组和IR+TCST组大鼠尿量均少于Sham组,血浆Scr和BUN水平高于Sham组。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IR+TCST组尿量多于IR组,血浆Scr和BUN水平低于IR组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Sham组大鼠肾小球及肾小管结构完整,未见细胞变性坏死,肾小管腔内未见管型。IR组肾小管上皮细胞可见变性和坏死,肾小管管腔扩张,轮廓可见,蛋白管型易见,肾小球结构基本完整。IR+TCST组病变较IR组减轻。结论星状神经节阻滞可以减轻肾缺血-再灌注损伤。
Objective To study the changes of serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and renal tissue during renal ischemia / reperfusion (I / R) injury and to explore whether stellate ganglion block can prevent renal ischemia / reperfusion injury. Methods Thirty - six healthy adult Sprague - Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham operation group (IR), ischemia - reperfusion group (IR), IR + TCST group), 12 in each group. Rats were sacrificed 24h and 48h after operation, and the changes of renal tissue were observed by Scr, BUN and HE staining. Results The urine volume of rats in IR group and IR + TCST group was less than Sham group at 24h and 48h after operation, and the levels of Scr and BUN in plasma were higher than those in Sham group. (P <0.05). The urine volume of IR + TCST group was more than that of IR group, while the levels of Scr and BUN in plasma were lower than IR group (P <0.05). Sham group rats glomerular and tubular integrity, no cell degeneration and necrosis, no tubular tubular cavity. Renal tubular epithelial cells in IR group showed degeneration and necrosis, tubular lumen dilatation, contour, protein tube type is easy to see, glomerular structure is basically complete. The IR + TCST group lessened the IR group. Conclusion Stellate ganglion block can reduce renal ischemia - reperfusion injury.
