2002年11月29日乌鲁木齐高新技术产业开发区招商办公室、新疆科技情报研究所中亚科技经济信息中心和乌鲁木齐高新技术产业开发区创业服务中心在乌鲁木齐市火炬大厦联合举办了中亚科技合作园项目推介会,来自俄罗斯科学院乌拉尔分院、乌克兰、哈萨克斯坦、中国科学院新疆分院理化所的代表在会上介绍了自己的专利技术转让项目和招商引资项目,引起了与会企业的极大兴趣。我刊从本期起将陆续刊登各国代表在会议上关于中亚科技合作园、招商引资意向及相关政策等情况的发言,并详细介绍各国的招商引资项目及联系方法。有合作意愿的单位可按照所附地址直接与对方单位联系,也可通过新疆科技情报研究所中亚科技经济信息中心与他们取得联系。
