加热炉的板坯加热制度需要根据生产实践不断地进行调整,以达到节能减排的目的。本文介绍了首钢京唐热轧部通过对加热炉实行黑匣试验,摸索板坯不同区域截面温度变化的规律。根据板坯截面温度变化与均热时间的关系,以及加热炉二级温度跟踪计算数据,修改了加热制度。结合轧机工艺的需求,缩短了原先加热制度中对均热时间的规定。最终有效降低了加热炉的吨钢能耗。
Furnace slab heating system needs to be constantly adjusted according to production practices, in order to achieve energy-saving emission reduction purposes. In this paper, the rule of black box experiment in heating furnace was explored to find out the variation of cross-section temperature in different regions of slab. According to the relationship between the temperature change of slab section and soaking time, and the calculation data of secondary temperature tracking of heating furnace, the heating system was modified. Combined with the needs of mill technology, shortened the original heating system for the soaking time requirements. Eventually reduce the furnace energy consumption per ton of steel.
