95年食醋科技研讨会在山西太原市召开。 中国微生物学会酿造学会食醋学组“95年食醋科技研讨会”于1995年11月20日~22日在太原市举行。 中国微生物学会秘书长程光胜、酿造学会秘书长靳勇杰及来自全国29个省市的112名领导、专家、学者出席了会议。会议共收到论文18篇,围绕为提高我国食醋酿造技术促使食醋酿造进一步现代化、科学化以及了解国际生产
The 95th Vinegar Technology Seminar was held in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province. The “Vinegar Science and Technology Seminar of the 95th Annual Conference of the Vinegar Research Group of the Chinese Society of Microbiology Brewing Society” was held in Taiyuan City from November 20 to 22, 1995. The Secretary-General of the Chinese Society of Microbiology, Cheng Guangsheng, Secretary of the Brewing Society, Yongjie Yong, and 112 leaders, experts, and scholars from 29 provinces and cities nationwide attended the conference. The conference received a total of 18 papers around the vinegar brewing technology in order to promote the further modernization, scientization and international production of vinegar brewing.
